rainbowroad
I'm not sure how or when this happened, but my right-hand weapon (I'm a dual-wielder) swings at a ridiculously fast speed! I have both of the dual flurry perks, but the weapon swings probably twice as fast as it should. This happens with any melee weapon equipped in my right hand. Unequipping and reequipping any apparel resets the weapon speed back to normal, but the bug persists when I load a saved game.I have tried using the console to remove and re-add the dual flurry perks, but it didn't help. The glitch is not tied to these perks. I read some other people complaining of this glitch, but nobody responded with a fix. Please don't tell me about other dual-wielding glitches, I already know about them. I also do not have a saved game before this bug occurred.Has anybody else experienced this bug? Does anyone have a fix? It's pretty annoying...

rainbowroad
I believe I've found the fix for this issue:Apparently the "swinging too fast" effect is due to a problem with one or more ARCHERY perks carrying over to my melee weapon when switching weapons. I realized this because the effect only seemed to occur when loading a game or entering a new area when I had my bow equipped--switching to my melee weapons would trigger the effect. Loading a game or entering an area with my melee weapons (even two-handed weapons) already equipped would not cause the effect.I seem to have solved this bug by using the console to remove and re-add the "ranger" and "quick shot" archery perks, so I assume that the bug is tied to one of these.I hope this helps others that have this issue in the future!
