I'm having another glitch and so I'm back. :) Tonight I thought I'd do the marriage quest w/ my Housecarl in Markarth, but when I go up to him and he says audibly "An amulet of Mara. Looking for marriage then?" the words on the screen that are conversation topics you can actually click on, don't match. The only choices I have are about being Thane, what a Housecarl is, and "Follow me"----there's no actual choice to start the quest going. The whole marriage thing is glitchy to begin with. I have at least two characters (that should be available) that I have no options to marry.
