Skyrim won't load NMM mods after complete windows reinstall

Hey!

I just got a new machine running Win 10. I transplanted all the files from my original Win 7 install onto the new drive(s).

 

I ran Steam and reinstalled Skyrim.

I reinstalled the DX redistributable (because I was missing some files).

 

I can start and play a new vanilla game no problem.

I can start an SKSE (saved game) through to the loading screen but then instant CTD.

 

When I check DATA in the Skyrim Launcher, the only mods I see are what I downloaded from the Steam workshop!

 

How do I reinstall 240 mods from NMM that I have collected over the last 4 years!!?!?

 

PLEASE don't tell me I have to do it ONE by ONE!?? I will never get it right!! I will screw up..
