Draikoth
First of all sorry for my bad english, this is not my native language :excl: . After a searching in nexus mod and other websites, i seem there is no retexture for argonian to make more similar to argonians in the elder scrolls online cinematic. So, will be awesome if someone make a argonian retexture based on the argonian in the elder scrolls cinematic for skyrim or, replace the argonian vanilla model for default argonian model (in TESO) or then, create another argonian race with this retexture if possible, and if this not cause copyright problems. Maybe it's a very hard to make, but who knows, someone appears and it's able to make it. Obs.: This request may be valid for other races as well (but maybe is even harder to make it or not). http://static1.squarespace.com/static/52b4a2cfe4b0c23eed655fe1/53d588eee4b0498d331d4433/53deeae3e4b0d1d6aa7b6749/1407118120146/argo-01_out.jpg http://static1.squarespace.com/static/52b4a2cfe4b0c23eed655fe1/53d588eee4b0498d331d4433/53deeae4e4b0890f049a0132/1407118061704/argo-02_out.jpg http://static1.squarespace.com/static/52b4a2cfe4b0c23eed655fe1/53d588eee4b0498d331d4433/53e6da35e4b0f490b8ffd4eb/1407638071231/argCU1_out.jpg http://static1.squarespace.com/static/52b4a2cfe4b0c23eed655fe1/53d588eee4b0498d331d4433/53e6da35e4b0151b6875c71c/1407638091417/argCU2_out.jpg http://static1.squarespace.com/static/52b4a2cfe4b0c23eed655fe1/53d588eee4b0498d331d4433/53deeae4e4b0d1d6aa7b674b/1407118070047/argo-armor-01_out.jpg http://static1.squarespace.com/static/52b4a2cfe4b0c23eed655fe1/53d588eee4b0498d331d4433/53deeae5e4b0890f049a013d/1407118061941/argo-armor-02_out.jpg http://static1.squarespace.com/static/52b4a2cfe4b0c23eed655fe1/53d588eee4b0498d331d4433/53e6da34e4b08e6a837ad20d/1407638086482/arg_armor_CU2_out.jpg

TheSuspense
Dear , Did some digging: The models were made by: James Ku "http://www.jameskuart.com/#/edsrlol-1/"He makes cinematic models for TV shows, Video Game trailers as well as making full-on characters for Star Citizen. He also seems to be associated with Blur Studios, but I don't know the direct connection. Probably a contractor of some sort. Any way, I may try to give this things a stab, but I make no promises. I don't know how to model-swap w/ Skyrim or how to export the skeleton to rig the body. Besides, all the work would probably be put into modeling new feet, hands, and a new head. The rest would be Texturing, and judging by the scales, A lot of time going into UV and or Parallax mapping to get the relief on the scales. If I do find a way to do this, I will most likely start with the Argonian base and make it into a new race, to save some hassle. Well, let’s see what I can do, Just need to find some tutorials w/ importing/exporting and overall Skyrim moding. TheSuspense
Any luck?Sadly no, I have been doing a lot of dark work that has yielded no tangible results. Sadly I got in over my head too fast and haven't been able to do anything. But I am building up to trying again. sorry, don't hold your breath but something may happen. TheSuspense
Progress Update!! No model yet but I have gotten some models done I have done some re-topography, basically 3D tracing, on the original model. The lines on the face are to represent the edge flow of the model. I Lined some of the edge flow on the TESO & Skyrim models, There are some differences between the models but there are enough similarity to work off of the base. p.s. "ThinkingOutsideTheSkybox" is me, but the suspense did exist far before the new name Edited March 12, 2018 by TheSuspense
NightroModzz
Umm...don't bother with the mesh swap. It's way too much work. Just morph the Argonian Citrus head to the desired shape. Unless you are looking forward to morphing every expression for the tri files. The only use for a new mesh is a high poly one for normal maps with Zbrush or MudBox. I have some example images here of what I mean by morph. They all originate from the same mesh without changing the polycount or vertices. skyrimoli120000
Please make this lmao It's such a great model and having it in Skyrim would be amazing. How far have you gotten? Or have you not made much progress since the 12th?
TheSuspense
Progress update: Not much from here, Working on a model sheet and gathering more ref material.p.s. Thanks to NightroModzz for the references and the advice, but using Citrus heads means I would be working off of someone elses work and I don't want to do that. This is kind of my chance to show what I can do, both to myself and to the community. Also yes, I am looking forward to tri-data fiddling. I am a mad man and I find this stuff fun, but I believe I can accomplish this if I take it one step at a time. Also to make things more interesting, I am using Blender.Thank you all for the support, without it I wouldn't have motivation to do this. - The Suspense / Thinking Outside The Skybox Edited March 27, 2018 by TheSuspense
