They were called "dwemer", or "dwarf" because the giants first saw them. They were the same size as everybody else.2) They are all gone, exept 1. There is no way to just "pop" them back, consider they are either dead or on another plane. They tried to give their god form.3) They were vile, enslaving the awesome SNow Elves and turning them to Falmers - the goblins that we all hate. Yeah. There is also a topic just like this, with some ideas, a few pages back. Instead of 'bringing the Dwemer back', we're discussing the ideas of an entirely new race, deeper below the ground than even the Dwemer were.
