Any mods that make the dungeons darker?

Yeah, it makes the candlelight and magelight spells pretty useless.

The HDR mods kinda do, but not to such a point that you need candles or torches to see in the dark.

If you're feeling adventurous, you should be able to adjust settings for the Skyrim Enhanced Shader to make nights/dark scenes really dark. I only toyed with it briefly, though, and can't recall what settings, but it mentions it in the readme file.

If you play with the Post Process Injecter mod, http://www.skyrimnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=131 you can have amazing results, there are also plenty of presets out there that you can download but the one I am using is the immersive enviorment one http://www.skyrimnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=823 which it really does change the way the game looks, I know its hard to see the difference in pictures alone, and these dont really do it justice but take a look.

P.S. my brightness setting is in the middle of the bar. also note i am using afew other graphics mods, but what im trying to show here is just the difference between default and FXAA preset.
