I say this with all the gravitas and importance it should carry: I cannot help you. ...and neither can anyone else if you don't provide details. Your post is about as insightful as walking into a computer shop with a laptop in hand, thrusting it at the nearest employee, and declaring "Something doesn't work, I can't use this, fix it please."
