Some Mod Ideas I Had

1: Dual wielded weapons now show up in their respective holsters/sheaths instead of one showing and the other vanishing.

 

2: Ability to keep your bow of choice on your back and having a button to let you toggle between it, your weapon(s) of choice and your spell(s) of choice.

 

3: Perhaps the ability to wear regular clothes under your armor, things like robes that grant bonuses but provide no armor at all.

 

4: An idea I've had for a while, a power/spell called: "Soul Sight". Would let you see peoples/creatures souls, you could even see enchanted items/armor/weapons people had on due to them using souls for power. Hostile souls could be red, neutral in blue, followers in yellow. Enchanted items could glow in their respective colors, fire damage weapons could look like fire, frost could look like ice, shock could look like electric purple, etc etc. Would probably make for a great power/perk that could only be used once a day.

 

5: Ability to wear multiple rings on each hand, letting you have multiple bonuses yet reducing their effectiveness. Each ring would lose a certain percent of effectiveness based on amount of rings worn on the same hand, the other hand would not effect it since they are not "close" enough.

 

6: The ability to make and enchant "Charms" and "Pendants". These would then be equipped to things like silver, golden, ebony necklaces along with an Amulet. They'd grant you better bonuses than a necklace with just an amulet, yet once again they'd be penalized for there being more than one.

 

7: The ability to jump while sprinting, same goes for jumping while sprinting using the horse.

 

8: I'd love to see a Spell called "Veil of Mist". It would let you summon a thick fog to pour over an area in order to better conceal your movements while you sneak. Using this with something like Detect Life or my power "Soul Sight" would be a great advantage for those of us who like to sneak and even those of us who just need to make a quick getaway.

 

9: I'd love to see classic weapons like Trueflame and Hopesfire come into the game, even if you had to do quests before obtaining them. Maybe something like the Nerevarine had to leave them behind after fighting some ancient beast and the Trueflame broke into two piece. The one piece you'd find or be given, something like "Broken Trueflame", which would resemble a sword snapped in half. The other half would still be stuck within the beast and you'd have to fight it and reclaim it from the monster's corpse or you could use sneak if you were skilled enough and remove the blade from the sleeping beast's chest. The Hopesfire could be along the same lines, but maybe have it had been shattered in combat and you have to find all the pieces and have them reforged before you could use it. Maybe some Cult of Almalexia could have taken parts of the blade and turned them into things like amulets and daggers for their "chose one" a Dunmer woman they believe to be Almalexia's reincarnation. Something like that.

 

10: I'd love to see some animation fixes.

 

11: I'd be happy to have some new kill animations. One I had envisioned was with the bow at close range, when you melee with the bow when an enemy is too close, perhaps if his health was low enough you could knock them back and grab one of your arrows and and jam into their skull or heart or something.

 

12: Armor/Enchantments for our horses. Especially for Shadowmere.

 

13: Maybe a spell like Summon Swamp, where it'd be an area of effect spell that layered the ground with muck and water, causing all who get caught in it to slow down and lose stamina. Could even make a decent Rune so you could place it in the path of some poor bandits.

 

14: A horse for your follower(s) . I'm tired of my follower being left behind. Also they need to be able to get onto the wagons.

 

15: Free flowing capes that sway with the wind and float when you're falling.

 

16: Packs for horses/mounts so you can make them carry items for you. Horses should be able to carry a lot more stuff than a person, but too much should make them over encumbered and unable to gallop.

 

17: A flute for summoning your horse/mount. Would really just spawn them a little ways a way then make them run to you.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Sorry for the list, I'll probably add more to it later and I'll most likely fix this list be more readable, i.e. I'll list mods by category or something.

Updated and edited some of my ideas to make them more understandable, also I know a lot of this probably isn't doable without the creation kit. Just thought I'd share them with you in case someone thought they'd were good ideas and wanted to start planning on the ones he/she thought would work the best.

it means that in 3rd person view you can choose an enemy and lock your charac and camera on it so your charac concentrate on that enemy he is always facing him, you dont have to try following the guy trying to hit him when you could, which is clearly unplayable, that'is a locking system like in assassin's creed, GTA, Zelda, Tomb raider, and many other games.

But there is a need for enhancing 3rd person fights even without locking system (mass effect, deadspace, castelvania, GOW etc...)

 

It's sure that originally the game is worked as an F.P.S but when you wear a great armors with mods etc, you start to play 3rd person view most of the time, it's like that.
