Blood of the Divines Quest broken by 'Real Lights' mod

Exploring Sancre Tor during the Blood of the Divines quest, I found that two of the undead Blades carried Valdemar's Shield, with Mishaxhi's Cleaver being absent. Worse still, they both spawned Valdemar's ghost. With no ghost of Casnar, it was impossible to reach Tiber Septim's armour.

 

I knew the problem had to be caused by a mod that changed the Sancre Tor interior cells, and the culprit is 'Real Lights' by Josef K. In the cell view box for SancreTor02 Objects, 'MQ09GhostBladeSpawn02' has had its Base Object changed to 'MQ09BladeSkeleton03' - don't ask me why!

 

Going back to an earlier save and deactivating the mod was only partially successful, resulting in an unarmed skeleton that still had Valdemar's Shield in its inventory, but at least it spawned the correct ghost. I had to use the console to add Mishaxhi's Cleavr to my own inventory.

 

How do I change the ghost's Base Object back to the correct 'MQ09BladeSkeleton02'? I thought I'd found a way in the Quest Stages menu, but it didn't work.
