Ctd at whiterun no matter what i do, possible conflict?

So basicly, ive been trying every way in the world to fix this. Ive done every type of patch i can think of, wrye, merged, and everything inbetween, ive sorted multible times, cleaned everything possible, killed "orphaned" scripts with save tool, and looked for my answer everywhere. Since i cant play without going to whiterun because of quests this is a big problem. It just started suddenly with no explination as i didnt add anything. Load order below, any and all help is appreciated!

I had a similar issue at the White River area just east of Whiterun. I finally had to give up and go back to a previous save to even be able to go through the area around the cave. I am not sure if it is the save being corrupted or what to be honest. I even started a new game with Live an Alternate Life mod and was able to go through the area and even into the cave system and complete it. I wonder if it could possibly be a result of save game bloat?
