Rigging a goblin to a playable race

i was wondering anyone could rig a goblin to a a playable race as it will fit in nicely with a mod im planing on making.

 

i know that rigging is a highly advanced skill that could take you a while to do but it would be much appreciated.

 

i know its been done with bears (http://tesnexus.com/imageshare/image.php?id=1425 ) and i think flame atronachs and i cant see why not with a goblin and it would be a lot cooler,

 

if it has allready been done then could you please direct me or post me a link to there

 

if you made it you could release it on your own if you wanted with all the credit.
