CTDs whenever enetering an exterior cell, ANY exterior cell

Hi guys, I screwed up and tried to follow one of those "Ultimate Skyrim Modding" guides and basically raped my game. 196 active plugins, 288 active mods. Load order sorted by LOOT, load order and rig specs to follow. Basically, I cannot enter ANY exterior cell ( I use Live another Life and as long as I am inside, everything is fine, but I CTD immediately on trying to enter any exterior cell.) I don't know if the problem is with my load order or whether it is with the 90 or so manually installed mods (mainly graphics-oriented.) Does anyone see a visible culprit in my load order, or if not, how can I go about uninstalling the manually-loaded Mods? ( Mainly texture and mesh files.) Hetre's my load order and rig specs:

Can you exit to exterior during the day? See reddit post for details, but I CTD between 2 AM and 8 AM, and it doesn't matter if I'm exiting (through loading screen) to exterior, or if i just wait outside until 2 AM, both cases CTD.

 

Last night I reinstalled all mods, testing as I went and as soon as I installed Skyrim Immersive Creatures + SkyTest - Realistic Animals and Predators + SkyTest - Immersive Creatures I got the CTD again.

 

Try disabling those mods and see if the CTD goes away.

By the way I think i fixed my issue by updating to the latest SkyTest - Realistic Animals and Predators 1.48b + SkyTest Immersive Creatures 2.21.
