Dynasty Armor this is a collection of many version and color of armor :D enjoy is from lineage 2

I'm looking for either a pre-existing mod or advice on how to use CK to:

 

Put the "ghost blade" effect on other weapons. I love the effect, but want to put it on other vanilla weapons. A glowing ebony dagger, glowing 2-handed sword, etc. Any clues or links to a mod floating around somewhere would be super.

I am also looking for a visual enchant mod.

There was oblivion visual enchant mod for oblivion.

For example:

If sword is enchanted by fire it will burn! :psyduck:
