Skyrim - Mod Detectives Thread

There was a mod a couple weeks ago that was on hot files on the Homepage. It lets you control any NPC and keeps your original character as a follower. You can change anything about the NPC and it will stay even when you're done controlling it. I meant to try it out a while ago but I stopped playing the game for a couple weeks and can't for the life of me remember the name of it or find it anywhere. Someone please help me out.

I hope it is appropriate to post here because I need some help identifying some mods.

For the first I am wondering what the clothing is.

But for both of them, the first especially I am really curious as to what mods were used for the face.

I'd really like to be able to make a character look similar or as good.

Trying to rebuild my mod list after a HDD failure but there is one I can't remember the name for now...

 

It was a mod that altered the way weapon enchantments work by giving a lesser power that tied the charges on the weapon to your mana, you basically "cast" the weapon enchantment each time you attacked. I would love to get this specific one back, or a mod of equal awesomeness that lets me use enchanted weapons without having constantly cast soul trap (or use conjuration, I hate the tree) and not be one of those infinite charge deals, that just feels like cheating

I'm looking for weapon/armor mods that add new weapons to the game, but also distribute them to NPCs (like bandits, mages, ...). Kinda like Immersive Weapons and Immersive Armors but it should also stack with them. So I'll see bandits and other NPCs wearing weapons/armors from many different mods.

Other than the accessories, it looks to be one of ApachiiSky's hairs.
