Skyrim - Mod Detectives Thread

Is there a mod that changes the interface for choosing your perks? Figuring out what perks are currently available to you is just painfully slow in vanilla. What I'd really like is a simple list showing in white all the ones you can actual choose and in grey the ones you can't pick yet, and if you clicked on them you'd get a description of what the perk did and what its requirements are if you don't have them.

i remember a mod that added "broken up" versions of most of the vanilla armours, so parts could be worn independently, or mix/matched more like Oblivion or even Morrowind. anyone remember this one? i cant seem to find it

Is there an item sorting mod that only changes the names of items w/o messing with the actual item properties? I keep trying sorting mods but they all seem to alter things, causing all sorts of compatibility issues.
