Hey guys. I'm looking for a mod that has the pants, gloves and boots shown in the pic below.

Don't worry ill retexture for you (just color change)

 

I would love to see this, too. I have the original installed, but this one is cool.

is there a mod that makes torch flames smaller like wall mounted torches ?

i tried ultimate hd torch it mods the flame . it looks good but its big too . the thinner torch mod just retextures the wood

 

Have you tried using PawnAll? It summons a merchant to your location when you cast the spell. He will even fight for you if you are attacked while he is present.

Is there a mod that makes it possible to map certain equipments (multiple items!) to a key? For example:

I press F1 (or some other key, you can choose) and my Alchemy equipment is fully equipped (I have a necklace, ring, gauntlets, helmet that fortifies alchemy. F2 gives me the smithing equipment, F3 the battle equipment, ....

Is it possible/already made?

So is anywhere here a mod which disables the movement reduction when aiming with a bow? Would be fun to goof around with a mod like that.

There is few mod to increase movement speed, but I don't know any for that specific request.
But there is a perk for that called Ranger. You need 60pts of archery or you can use console command to get it.

player.addperk 00058f63

If you want to remove it the command is:

the Ranger perk works through "animation variable" bPerkQuickShot, so to change this behavior you have to edit animations, basicaly it means that there won't be many (if any) mods doing something like that...

I remember a mod that had a setting to control whether followers would draw their weapon when you did, anyone know?

Are you looking for Follower No Weapon Draw to stop them from playing the mimic game or using a mod that already does and want to restore the original game behavior? For the second choice, there's an optional file provided with UFO - Ultimate Follower Overhaul that will do it.
