I only have the link to the picture so not sure if it'll work as when i try to post the picture its to big of a file. Also I just started dabbling in ENB's (still CTD) I dont expect anyone to know what ENB is being used in the picture but any help to point me in the right direction of an ENB to get my skyrim too look as real and detailed as in this picture would be a big help.
