I'm not 100% sure if this was either a mod or some edition magic, since I don't quite recall where I saw it either video or pictures (sorry about that). Is there any mod that lets you either give glow to the tattoos of your character (like fire/red arcane/purple glow) or adds those kind of tattoos to your game?
