LE louder environment sounds

Hi there.

Is it possible someone can make a mod with better environment sounds, like louder birds in the green forest area's, (but not like you really hear its a loop) louder water flows, maybe some more wind sound effects.

I think now the birds are to low on sound, i like it when you walk in the forest and hear the birds whistle and hear on the back ground some water walking.

Or is there a simple way to add it myself?

More pronounced birds would be awesome. More wildlife sounds in general actually, like wolves/foxes, dragonflies/bees, etc.
