radaphyte Posted December 4, 2011 Share Posted December 4, 2011 Hi folks. Long story short my oldest character can no longer save. I have 50+ hours logged on this character and his save file is 12,324kb large. Everytime the game saves (fast travel, quicksave, autosave...) the game CTDs without error. I'm running with 4GB patch, and my other characters (with smaller play times/save sizes) save and load fine. Is the size of the save file causing the error? Or is it one of the problems brought about by the 1.2 patch? Any info would be appreciated. Thanks. :) Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

vassteel Posted December 4, 2011 Share Posted December 4, 2011 i seem to have fixed my problem go into steam and revalidate your files. for mine it replaced 1 file. i'm not sure what it replaced but i no longer CTD it also didnt affect any of my installed mods.
