Beginner's Modding help?

Hey there, my far more experienced modding friends! And by "far more", I mean "have at least dabbled in it".

 

I've never modded a game before, but I do have some experience modeling and texturing for the Unreal Development Kit, so I'd like to try my hand at some Skyrim modding when the Creation Kit is released. Anybody have any advice or websites they can point me to? I basically have no idea what direction to approach this from >_>.
