euskai
First of all, hi everybody, first post here. I have a problem, the HDD where I had Skyrim installed just died (a Seagate SATA2 HDD). No big deal, as I will just RMA it, and my system and my Skyrim saves are in the primary disk, a SSD, but I have found a problem. I don´t know for sure all the mods I have installed, as they were like 15-20. I remember most of them, but I´m afraid I will forget some and mess my savegames. I can´t access the game in the old HDD to see what´s there, and the folder where I had a backup of all the files for the mods I had, just in case I needed to reinstall, was in that HDD too. My question is, is there any log about installed mods in the savegames, ini, or any other file which goes to the My Documents folder in the system disk? Thanks for the help
Cornpipe
The plugins.txt file should have any .esm or .esp files you had installed. It is typically located in- C:\Users\<USERNAME>\AppData\Local\Skyrim\plugins.txt As far as other mods, check your download history here on the Nexus site. Loading a saved game without previous mods installed shouldn't cause it crash and burn. Any inventory items you had that were modded in (not including retextures) will simply not be in your inventory. The problem will arise in the future when new buildings/areas are created and you try to load into a cell that does not exist without the mod installed. Thank you very much, most of the mods I had are in this file. I can´t get the download history, as a free member I can only see the files from this month, and I think I downloaded them all in November. But I think I have most of what I need in the file (I had not seen that, I was looking just in the files in My Documents folder) Again thank you for the help
