LE REQ - Stop opening inventory in combat and arrow weight

1.) A mod that makes it so the player cannot open his or her inventory in Combat OR (preferable) makes the game keep going (like a multiplayer menu in an MMO) while you are in menu.

 

2.) Weight for arrows.
