LE The others skyrim race/enemy npc

I was thinking that it would be awesome to have an enemy/ race similar to the others from a song of fire and ice series. maybe for the race it could be something similar to vampirism, the enemys would be extremely difficult to kill with out obsidian blades (which i think must be found randomly not bought), they would also summon wights to fight for them, and there would be a random chance that the others would be riding a rotting horse or snowcat, they would only attack at night and if you encountered more than 3 you would be screwed because of the amount of wights summoned(i envision it to be like fighting a small army of wights maybe 15-20 all with an ai that follows you even if you are hidden). there would have to be some made up lore of where they came from and how you can become one ( i dont want it to be exactly like a game of thrones just the race and their abilities to be loosely based off of it). perhaps that they came with the return of the dragons or alduin summoned them. There would be stages of your disease similar to vampirism in oblivion, to keep from looking different from other people you would continually have to take some sort of potion, if you stopped you would turn into what is described in a game of thrones (an ice like being) and you would take massive amounts of damage in direct sunlight, but in turn you would have super human strength, the ability to raise dead animals as mounts, maybe even dragons and mammoths, and the ability to raise up to 5 or 7 wights to fight for you. maybe there could be added deep dark forests up far north where the others only reside, and they could walk around there at all times because of the thickness of the forests, there could be ruins and caves not as far north where they could stay during the day and come out at night to harass travellers and giants or they could come in numbers to villages and wage war/massacre the inhabitants. their prescencse would bring a summon storm like effect with no damage or if you got close enough you would minor damage from could, their weapons would also have frost damage effects

 

i cant do any of this and i realize that none of this is truly possible with out the mod development kit. i just think that this would be a really cool thing to see in skyrim, to have some sort of creature that is more feared than dragons, that is really mysterious and that even dovahkiin would have trouble stopping, maybe there could even be quest that deals with them coming south and you must lead an army (whichever side wins the civil war) against them to save the realm
