(Guilds&Nibenay)Chests weekly rewards loophole bug

Hello everyone, I couldn't find a good solution toward my problem, so here it is :

 

For an unknown reason, I get from the mod Order of Nibenay and the guild chests (Those that gives weekly rewards) all the time rewards, like a loophole, every 1-2 seconds... It must be a reason why I crash so often. I tried uninstalling all my mods, though it doesn't work, I've replaced the data folder and it worked (Vanilla steam downloaded), I've put one by one the mods, looking if the problem will come back, and it didn't at the start of a clean save.

 

I decided to restart a new character, and once I've reached yet again access to one of these rewards, it did it again.... (Maybe a script corruption of some kind?)

I've launched it without any mods on, and try deactivating some files so the program doesnt risk using those as well (Like oblivion xp .ini file for instance).
