Google search "skyrin civil war White run lag". I am reinstalling windows right now so I need to wait until I can restore my files before I test anything. A virus invalidated my windows installation. I know most of the Dos commands to fix that OS now with out involving all the online garbage, it's all built in. As a participating DEV, I do know these things. Proof is available too.
