CTD are making it impossible to play

Hey guys! I'm back after a good couple of weeks of testing and uninstalling every mod, starting a fresh save, and then installing each mod one by one, making sure to download every patch that I needed, I've been getting great results! I can play for days without a crash and my game even seems to be playing smoother! I uninstalled RCRN and installed Vivid Weathers and that seemed to make a big leap in FPS for me. Plus I love the lighting Vivid provides.

Now, I have come across a few crashes that don't seem to be just the occasional, random crash that happens every few days. I notice that in Whiterun (I haven't yet visited another major town yet) when I'm doing a bit of bartering, I'll come across a shopkeeper's inventory and some of the items don't load their meshes/textures, just stay invisible no matter how long I let it sit there to possibly load it. Then when I continue to scroll through, I'll notice a few items that have purple textures, and some that have blackish/darkened textures, The moment I close out of the bartering menu my game crashes. I reinstalled all mods that change textures and made sure to run Dual Sheath Redux Patcher. I also made sure to leave LeanWolf's Better Shaped Weapons lower in Mod Organizer per the mod author's instructions. Does anyone else run across this issue?? Does anyone know of any solutions?
