Dannybrez Posted September 19, 2016 Share Posted September 19, 2016 My character is a vampire and I am thinking it has something to do with that because this seems to only happen around 9am - 5pm (in game time of course) and after 5pm the brightness or whatever this is goes back to normal, it really annoying.
