Help with conflicting mods

I seem to fail miserably at installing Dragon Age Tool on windows 10, I was wondering if someone would be kind enough to help me merging these two conflicting mods:
Of Ferelden (Improved Atmosphere) by TommyIrianto and darthbdaman
Alistairs Oath by Kuro_Neko

Without the tool I'm having trouble adding "gen_im_acc_amu_war_a" to "gen00fl_alistair.utc".

For some reason "Alistairs Oath - GWoF Compatibility" file, adds the amulet but not the armor, resulting in a nude Alistair, not that I mind but the armor he starts with is cool too :tongue:
