dubiousintent Posted October 12, 2016 Share Posted October 12, 2016 The problem seems to be in the WDDK, which is used by the video card vendors to build their drivers. As long as MS hasn't reversed or corrected the change they made to the WDDK, the vendors can't fix the problem in their new drivers, unless they are willing to go back to the old version of the WDDK. And so far that doesn't appear to be an option since only old games seem to be affected.
