CTD on startup in the middle of Bethesda Softworks logo

Every time I launch the game through OBSE, the game crashes to desktop.

I have DarNified UI 1.3.2 and Unique Landscapes Compilation 1.7.4 loaded through OBMM

Any suggestions as to how I can fix this?
