Why? - the bonus for fully light armored-unfair balance: only 1 light armor mask-design: for a lightly armored charakter, i feel that hoods are a very stylish and fittong piece of armor. since there is already a mod that makes them light armor, i am used to wear one. and dragon masks come with a hood :).
