The Hornet's Nest : Unique 40mm or Ammo

For the gun nuts who favor loud and powerful weapons over discretion, the .22LR round seems useless. Why not give them something for their taste ?

 

That's why I'd like to see a Hornet's Nest, either as a unique weapon or as a new 40mm "round".

I know there is already some mods that turns grenade rifles into shotguns (like the 40mm buckshot used in Vietnam), but I think using the already existing 22LR could be interresting. Just a random suggestion.
