Good question. Be cautious about taking advice out of context. In that particular case, IIRC the OP didn't mention which mod manager they were using, so I replied in the most cautious manner. Most of the time when people say "deactivate" they mean "simply unchecked" so the plugin doesn't get loaded with the game. Hence that caution, because you should consider other files than the plugin itself that are part of the mod.

 

If you understand how your manager works, and it doesn't copy files to the "Data" folder when it is activated or installed, then you will be fine just deactivating. OTOH, just how well does whatever manager you are using (FOMM in your case) deal with those "other than the plugin" files, really? (I don't know myself. I learned to use and understand Wrye Bash and stick with it, i.e. WF). Most of their descriptions are light on the technical side of things, and very seldom go into details like: 'what is the difference between "deactivating" and "deleting"?' Not to say you can't find out from their support forum, but in my experience players generally aren't aware enough to ask the question until they have been bitten. And then they are often diverted by circumstances (i.e. "deactivated = uninstalled") into thinking the issue is something else. Since I am not an expert on the other managers, I simply try to get them to think about the potential problem, and hopefully inquire in the correct places.

 

PS: Recommend you stick with the default font colors. Most of your alterations to font have been showing up so low contrast between background and foreground as to have the text be "hidden". The default "quotation" block in the editor works fine.

About the font, guess is something to do with copy and paste a text from google translator, wich I not doing right now.
