Unstable movement speed

Hi guys, first of all, inglish isn't my native language, so here I apologize if I seem confused.

After installing 3 mods (SkyUi, Throwing weapons redux, and Sneak Tools), i notice this really anoying bug after use the speel "Shadows Refuge's", randomly my movment speed is increased at times and returns to normal.

I search for another post with the same problem, but all of them seems to be "stable" problems that could be fixed with the console command (wich i try but didn't work at all, the movment speed value it always seem to be normal), but if there is another post with the same problem,i apologize, i could not find it

I dont know if it's importante, but my skse version is 1.7.3
