LovesToSpoooge
I was playing last night and just started modding the game, I didn't add many mods, some aesthetic ones. But I noticed the I lost the 2x backstabbing on my shrouded gloves. I then checked both pairs of shrouded gloves i know of and both were gone. I then uninstalled all the mods and tried the game out again and it was still gone? Is there a way I can fix this? This is what it shows up as. Shrouded Gloves I'd really like my backstabbing back:P
elvinkun
It's probably still there, just the text is messed up. Really hard to tell which of "some mods" could cause this, if you get my meaning. Edited December 6, 2011 by elvinkun
LovesToSpoooge
I thought that too, but now when I backstab it only does x15 instead of x30. I figured it wasn't a mod problem cause when I uninstall them it's still there but, the list. Black Darkbrotherhood Armour4gb SkyrimQD InventoryTytanis Ultimate ModVals Crafting MeltdownDarkbrotherhood Male Shrouded Mask that's about it. elvinkun
I think installing Tytanis or Vals equals to stabbing yourself in the eye (especially after 1.2). Installing both at once... well. Not sure where does that stab you. In the gloves most likely. Edited December 6, 2011 by elvinkun
LovesToSpoooge
-_-' So is there anything like a console command or way I can re-enchant them or something?
elvinkun
-_-' So is there anything like a console command or way I can re-enchant them or something? ...Nope. You could try to browse uesp to find id of that particular enchantment (since it's a "unique" one, i'm not sure if it works), then id of the gloves and then use the playerenchantitem xxx to spawn new pair... Not sure if I remembered the command in the right form, you'd have to find that as well. EDIT: Wait, that actually reminded me, you tried to simply spawn a new pair of the gloves, right? LovesToSpoooge
No, I just went to to the sanctuary and seen if the other pair of gloves were messed and they were. Edit: I spawned a new pair of gloves and it worked, thanks for the help :) Edited December 6, 2011 by LovesToSpoooge
elvinkun
That actually fixes a lot of things when they get messed up for unknown reason(s), at least the console is always there
