I have clicked Build and Batch Build like I said. I even made sure the femalebody files are there and checked the modified date too. What I cannot figure out is why the changes work for one NPC and does not work for another. I will create a new topic in the mod troubleshooting section regarding both issues when I totally give up. Thanks again. If an NPC doesn't have a compatible skeleton HDT will not work and if it doesn't have a compatible body the armor will not fit as it should. They are all humans at the same town. What is ironic is the first time I was testing the mods CBBE worked perfectly. Now, I cannot get it to work. Totally driving me crazy. Edit: Resolves all issues. I advice people not to use Bijin mods with NPC overhaul. I decided to use inhabitants of skyrim (NPC overhaul) while deleting bijin mods because they cause problems.
