Question about using the face from a mod for your own character

Take a look at this face replacer mod for Ellie. Is it at all possible to save this face as a preset that I can use for my own character. I remember there was a simple way to do it in Skyrim... however. I'm unsure if such a thing is available for Fallout 4?

Found the solution to my question. For anyone who should stumble across my thread with the same problem, go here http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=644917266 and follow the guide. It worked perfectly.
