Profanitizer
Whenever I open the Nexus mod manager for Fallout 4, like 90% of my mods work, but every time, the SAME mods are automatically disabled. TO MAKE THIS CLEAR I MEAN DISABLED IN THE "MODS" TAB. NOT THE PLUGINS TAB. DISABLED, AS IN THE RED CIRCLE INSTEAD OF A GREEN TICK. It is always the same mods, every time, no variationThe mods are:Faster Wind GeneratorLowered WeaponsHigher Settlement BudgetPaladin Danse face clean up - Danse face clean upValentine REBORN - Nick face retexture - etc.Fallout 4 - Texture Optimization Project - Base File 0.18 part 1Improved map with visible RoadsImmersive Facial Animations REMADE - IFARPlace EverywhereRepaired Sanctuary bridge - Repaired Sanctuary bridge 1.0bSettlements ExpandedBlack Military paint for Power Armor - Stealth Military PaintLone Wanderer Motorcycle - Black Edition - Black Edition MotorcycleFallout 4 Seasons - Autumn 3.3 Nuka WorldFallout 4 Seasons - Spring 3.0 Base fileI am relatively new to troubleshooting the Mod Manager, so if I need to add more info, please ask and I will do my best to provide. Fallout 4 1.7.12 I use F4SE, but it makes no difference if I use it or not.All DLC'sNMM 0.62.
SethIsrael
Same thing is happening to me. Nothing has worked. F4SE isn't being used as it since a month or so ago just auto crashes and doesn't work. Nothing else is different.

Nothing else is different.Welp.It seems like it's been fixed now.I looked around on the forums, and it seemed to be the new update for the NMM that caused it.Try enabling your mods again, then close and relaunch. If that doesnt work, delete the NMM folder (Not where it stores mods, just where the .exe is) then reinstall it. JayJay131
Got the same problem, and your fixes won't help me, tried both.I updated from NMM 6.0 somwhat so the problem should not have been ocurred at all, but it is telling me otherwise.I downloaded all mods just yesterday, not trusting the sleeping mods from last year, so i think the problem is still coming from NMM.Same preferences as you, except NMM 0.63.1 Nice. Now NMM won't even show downloaded mods, they just vanish in to thin air after downloaded. But with that problem i can refer to this thread, at least for the point of matter:https://forums.nexusmods.com/index.php?/tracker/issue-63280-nmm-0631-mod-download-incomplete-problem/ Edited October 15, 2016 by JayJay131
SirTwist
Another solution to try if the above is failing. In the folder where you have NMM installed, right click on the executable. then Properties. Then Compatibility. Check the box that says run as administrator. Also, go to where your .ini files are stored, typically in your documents folder, My Games, Fallout 4, and make sure all of those are not checked for Read Only, under Properties, and the General tab. Do the same for your plugins.txt, loadorder.txt, etc. Just updating NMM can, sometimes, delete all the information in like plugins.txt, etc. It doesn't happen a whole lot, or anything, but you do need to make sure that the Read Only is unchecked. Running LOOT can also help. If you are entirely dissatisfied with NMM for Fallout 4, please try Mod Organizer 2. I use it, and had some problems with it, in the past, and previous version, but I still use it, and it works well for me. I occasionally have a problem or two, and it's usually operator error. Sometimes it's program error. Sometimes it's Fate. Anyway, hopefully my suggestions help.

So much to learn for me. ^^ In fact i am pretty satisfied with NMM, just by the fact it exists, despite all the developers struggle with (like paying their bills, for example). I read a little bit about MO, but never tried it out. Maybe i will. But anyway, you helped me a lot, so again, most appreciated.
