No saves or new game will load, only crashes

So after NMM updated yesterday, none of my saves will load, and I can't even start a new game. I get stuck in a loading screen for a good 20 seconds and then the "New Vegas is not responding" message. Anyone else having this issue? I tried turning off and on all mods, reinstalling New Vegas, and even rolling back my NVidia drivers.
