NCR Salvaged T-45 Power Armour

Hi there, I brought up the idea since we haven't really had any other NCR based clothing mods apart from the 1st Recon Beret and the ever-so-famous NCR Ranger Veteran armor. I'm bringing up this thread for the request of adding a power armor paint job or reskin, preferably paint job for the T-45 Power armor, based on what General Lee Oliver's heavy shock-troopers wore.

 

As far as I know, the backpack augment their variant of the T-45 won't be able to be really done unless someone is game enough to create an entire suit that doesn't even run on fusion cores, and in addition to that, make an entirely new model, I'd be just keen to look over all of that and just have the T-45 power armor in fallout 4 have the NCR livery as a paintjob.
