If not, if you're handy with the CS, you could open it up, select Gameplay/Settings, and turn down iVampirismAgeOffset. I'm pretty sure Vampirismless Vampires removes all the cosmetic changes, including the paleness and maybe the eyes, not just the Emperor Palpatine Effect.
