[spoiler] Captain Kells dialogue problem

I just started Mass Fusion and decided to tell the Brotherhood about it. The quest marker says I have to talk to Proctor Ingram, but the only thing she says is that I must talk to Kells now, since I also have Tactical Thinking active with the objective "Takl to Kells". I cannot do that either, because the only thing I can talk about with him is Acadia. Now I don't want to have either Acadia nor the Railroad nuked, I just wanted to use this chance to become an enemy of the institute, without pissing of the BoS.

 

Is this even possible, or do I have no choice at this moment than to just relay to Mass Fusion and just destroy the BoS?

There are other ways of pissing the institute off. Killing a named NPC in the Institute, for example (if I go that route, I always kill Justin Ayo, because he just makes me mad).
