Reinstalling, need some good mods.

So I am reinstalling Skyrim, well okay technically uninstalling Enderal and going back to Skyrim. Anyway I haven't played Skyrim in a while and I am hoping for some recommendations for mods. I am going with some of the usual standbys. Ordinator, immersive weapons/armour, the usual mods that just add to the atmosphere. Specifically I am looking for:

 

Quest mods. Anything from a single quests to large chains. The darker the themes the better.

Companions. Preferably voiced and with their own quest lines that either increase their power or reveal their back story, or both.

New locations. Be it general dungeons, with or without quests, or new world spaces.

Game Mechanics. Anything that really alters or adds to the game. Mods like Undeath, Magic Duel or Better Vampies. Things like these.

 

So any suggestions would be great, even if they are for mods for categories other then the ones I listed.
