Need help with Scavenged NCR armor and CBBE

I'm hoping someone out there could help me figure out the problem that's occurring right here.

So on a completely fresh save with no mods except for the latest version of CBBE/Bodyslide and the Lordofwar's regrettably deleted mod, version 04 of the Scavenged NCR Armor. Both mods installed through NMM. I'm running into the issue as seen in the picture above where the fingers just becomes... what I can only describe as stubs of flesh. I do know that it has something to do with the outfit using a slider outfit named SNCR-Female-Vanilla instead of SNCR-Female-CBBE

 

I've seen screenshots and videos of this mod working with CBBE, so again I'm hoping someone might clue me in to what I might've done wrong

If this only happens when wearing this armor, then it is the mods issue.

Since it is no longer on Nexus there is nothing that can be done to fix it.

 

I have had this happen when the textures/meshes were not done correctly.
