Game CTD when starting new game, or trying to enter Castle Volkihar.

Here is my load order. I recently used TES5Edit to clean the master files and a couple of the mods, thinking that would solve the Volkihar issue, however it did not. I then decided that maybe it was because it was a dirty save, so I deleted the saves and, tried starting a new game, only to have it CTD when selecting New Game. Please help me out, I am not the best with modding. Also, yes I have used LOOT. Thank You.
