HELP! I lost my hair color...

THBrows V1.2 is causing the Nuka World colors to not show on the list when I use a barber chair.

The Nuka World colors don't ever show up using looks mirror or the slm command in the console though, only in the barber chair.

FYI I'm running FO4 v.1.7.12 and F4SE v.0.02.04

I'm updating this to confirm it is a mod that is causing my "Nuka World" Hair colors to not be shown in the menu.

I know this because I backed up my saved games folder then removed everything, the game and NMM (including all stray files and folders related to the game) and reinstalled it. Then I started it once just long enough to make a character, exited, and replaced the saved games folder with my backup copy.

I then started the un-modded game again and loaded my most recent save. I was ofc greeted by a bald, naked, and eyeless character surrounded by objects floating in mid air because of all the mods the saved had relied on.

I threw down a barber chair and assigned a settler to it and BINGO, all my Nuka World hair colors are there in the menu.

Now to go through and install one mod at a time, restarting the game every time, and find the culprit. Once I do I'll report the bug to the mod author and post my info here to help others.

(PS I'm already finding this post when I google "Nuka World Hair Colors")

Here's my load order from LOOT.

Any help would be appreciated.

I do not see LooksMenu Customization in your list. Which works with LooksMenu.

If I had to hazard a guess Customization added the colors, as it adds a lot of face mods so they work together, and you removed that mod.

Do you mean "LooksMenu Customization Compendium by AGodComplexPikachu CuriolNC EmissaryOfWind ImAarwyn JTesmer Kirse10 Robberfox TrophiHunter Wendera Xenius RoboAsimov" ?

If I activate this my purple hair turns red and I can't get it back.

Nuka-world DLC adds new hair colours, you might have something interfering with it.

#1 Does it add the purple in my screen shot and blue?

#2 Do you have to do a certain quest to unlock them?

I'm pretty sure I got the new colors after installing a mod. I've uninstalled all my mods and started a new game and those colors aren't there on the list.

I'm in the process of trying one mod at a time, hoping to find out which mod adds them.

Look at LookeMenu Customization. It works with LooksMenu you all ready have.

It adds a hair dye mod that has the colors you had.

If I install "LooksMenu Customization Compendium" or "Zella's Hair Dye Collection" my characters hair turns bright red and I'm unable to change it.

Installing "Zella's Hair Dye Collection" alone does make the colors show in the menu.

Installing "LooksMenu Customization Compendium" does not.

I reinstalled everything and the problem got worse.

My hair turned green and I could only change it to vanilla colors.

Most hair color mods turn it red and prevent me from changing it at all.

I found "Standalone Epic Hair Colors (160 and Counting) - R-EHC Standalone Pack 16 (Nuka Pack)" and this gave me back my purple hair, I see the colors in the menu again, and I can change it.

So, I ask again, is there some prerequisite to unlocking the Nuka World Hair Colors? I'm thinking I just didn't notice them until I added a hair "Style" mod and went in to get a new hairdo.

I'm pretty sure I used Faceripper to grab the face preset off a character that had already finished Nuka World and used it on a brand new character. So it seems she has a hair color that is not supposed to be available to her yet and this is what is causing the issue.
