KingofRiders
I just got F:NV on the PC (played it before on PS3) and added a ton of mods. Anyways, in my game, when I kill enemies the xp bar shows up in the corner and say "+50 XP" or "+150 XP" etc. etc. but the ticket on the bar does NOT move ever. I used "player.advlevel" early on at one point so I could pass a speech check and I'm not sure if that caused it or if its a mod or what. Essentially though I can't seem to level up properly anymore, its kinda gamebreaking. Anyone else had any prior experience with this that could help me out? SineWaveDrox
It has been a while since I played New Vegas, but I remember encountering this problem at one point myself. If I remember correctly from what I did while messing around with it, you are still gaining experience as you should be, but, because you used the advlevel command, your current experience is below the range of experience that is shown on the progress bar, and you will not see any movement on the bar until you get above that minimum point. But, again, it has been a while since I did this, so I could be wrong. To be sure, check the numerical value of your experience, and make sure that it is actually increasing, and that it makes sense with the amount of experience required for the next level. KingofRiders
Ahh, that would make sense. If that's true, I would fix the problem by adding XP right? How would I go about doing that?
KingofRiders
Yep, problem solved. Game doesnt level up based on XP gained AT that level, but rather total XP. Most probably know this but I did not.
