CarnivalOfFear Posted December 7, 2011 Share Posted December 7, 2011 okay well I launched fallout to play it today and realized I was only pulling 30 fps when I usual run at 45-60. I thought it could be some processes running in the background so I restarted my computer. Same thing happened. so I began troubleshooting. I usually us fallout with the 4gb file to run NVSE so I try it without the 4gb just running NVSE through FOMM. Still limited to 30fps. so I check the .ini file for anything that could be limiting my fps. then I decided I would just boot up the game without NVSE. I was then running at a constant 60 fps. any one know why NVSE is doing this and a possible fix for it? Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
CarnivalOfFear Posted December 7, 2011 Author Share Posted December 7, 2011 Nevermind, I guess I installed New Vegas Studder Removal and seeing as I usually use fraps to record for videos (which limits fps to 30 anyways) I didn't notice. For anyone in the future viewing this because they are having the same issue with NVSE and NVSR you can change the max fps in the NVSR ini file.
