Serbking
Right click on the mod. A popup will give you an option to uninstall. That will remove it from your computer.Just make sure the mod is still on Nexus before you do. If you know for sure it no longer works, or you will never use it, then there is no need to check and see when it was last updated, and still working.Thank you very much Bill, will do that. SharraShimada
In nexus mod manager you can right-click and choose uninstall. This will not remove the installer-files from your pc, but NMM will remove everything from your data-folder. As there is nothing right now, because you deleted your game, it will do nothing, but mark the mod in the manager als not installed. The just click install for the mod, and go on with the next one. As long as you have not deleted the installer-files by hand from nexus´s download-folder, you will be fine.
Numbnumb
The way I found is to uncheck all mods in NMM then one by one recheck the green checkmark. However be warned that sometimes certain mods will nullify others by overwriting. So when you do this use the install dates in NMM and start at the oldest and work forward. Big time waster but it is the only way I found to keep frustration levels at a minimum.
